Spencer Maughan Biography

My Name is Spencer Maughan and I am an undegraduate student at Utah State University located in Logan UT. On the weekends I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. At night I usually look for a new Asian fusion restarunt to try out and often find some really intriguing restaurants here in the Logan area. I've found that the more you go around looking for new things in life the more you really find out how diverse and unique your own environment truly is. 

I am from a small little town called Cornish and have always grown up as a health nut and thus have decided that my studies would be best suited to working in something that I am truly passionate about. "What is it in life you must do is to do something that you truly love" has been a quote that my Father always said to me and I really felt it was well suited to what helped me find something to do that was fitting to my lifestyle. 

Playing golf, frisbee, and snowboarding are also hobbies that are a must for staying in shape and having fun when studying or researching new healthy lifestyles aren't on the plate. If you go to work at the office and your not feeling up to par than your not going to be the enjoyable person that you can be so pursuing something that I truly love is so very important to me and I look forward to having a long and eventful career in the health  food world.
